We start from the scientific question, not the deliverable. The right method is chosen for the question, not the other way around.
Open by Default
We publish what we can, share datasets where possible, and write methods that others can reproduce. Closed science is slower science.
Learning Continuously
Computational biology moves fast. We invest time in reading, training and staying current across our disciplines, it shows in the work.
